Why can’t I place an order?

Any of the following may prevent you from placing an order. For details, please contact us here.
- System error
- On multiple occasions you have refused a package, your package was undeliverable, or you have canceled an order
- Bad Internet connection, etc.


Why can’t I purchase an item in my Cart?

An item is held for you only when you proceed to the Order Confirmation screen. That is, adding an item to your Cart does not hold it for you. Please note that items limited in quantity may sell out before you complete your order.


Why don’t I receive an order confirmation email?

You will receive an order confirmation email when you complete your order. If you do not receive an email, your order may not be complete.


Can I cancel my order?

No, a confirmed order cannot be canceled.


Can I change my order?

No, a confirmed order cannot be changed (e.g., payment method, size, or color), added with items, canceled, returned or exchanged at the customer’s convenience, or combined with another order.


Can I combine a confirmed order with a different order?

No, an order cannot be changed (e.g., payment method, size, or color), added with items, canceled, returned or exchanged at the customer’s convenience, or combined with another order.


Why is the design of an item delivered different from that in the photo?

What you see in the photo of a pre-order item is a sample. Please note that the actual product may differ somewhat in specifications, treatment or processing, and size.


Can I refuse a package?

No, items that you have ordered cannot be refused. Please note that a refused package will be redelivered, and additional shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.


Can I cancel an item in my order?

No, an item ordered cannot be canceled or exchanged at the customer’s convenience. Please contact us in advance to return an item (defective products only), as it will take a long time to process returns without prior notice. Returns and refunds without prior notice other than the above are not accepted.

Can I return an item delivered?

No, an item ordered cannot be canceled or exchanged at the customer’s convenience. Please contact us in advance to return an item (defective products only), as it will take a long time to process returns without prior notice. Returns and refunds without prior notice other than the above are not accepted.

Returns and refunds of defective products and items damaged during shipping are accepted. To return or exchange an item for either of the above reasons, please contact the Customer Center within 9 working days of delivery. We will cover the additional shipping charges.

* Items accepted for exchange or return
- Items with an obvious defect in their specifications (excluding treatment to create a “used” look)
- Items damaged during shipping
- Items different from your order confirmation email

* Items not accepted for cancel, exchange, or return
- Items exchanged or returned at the customer’s convenience (e.g., color or size)
- Items damaged at the customer’s responsibility or used even once by the customer
- Items the customer deems different from the image projected by the photo
- Items with a damaged or missing product tag
- Items missing the bag, tag, or attachments they were shipped with
- Items ordered outside this website
- Items other than that with a problem in its appearance or that affects the use of the item
Although we ship only new products, please note that some fraying and creasing may occur during the manufacturing process.

* Note that limited-edition items and other items limited in quantity may be processed as a refund rather than as an exchange.

* When a package is delivered, please open it and check the contents against the delivery statement as soon as possible.

* When returning an item, please return everything that was shipped with it, including the detailed statement and any campaign material such as shop bags and catalogues.


What are the privileges of being a member?

Being a member and creating an ID and password make it easy to shop on the website. For details, please see How To Order page.


How do I sign up for membership, and what are the fees?

The EMODA Web Store does not charge a monthly or yearly membership fee. By signing up at Member Registration, you can skip the entry of fields such as address when you shop on the website.

Can I reserve an item?

All items are shipped as they become available. No item can be kept on hold, or reserved.
